Master Mine & Dines

tapping into my professional network of award winning authors and visual artists for a semi-annual (goal of quartely, goal-goal of monthly if i have enough help/money) to host Masters in a small group setting (high fee). they will present their work formally - take Q&A in intimate setting, and then share a meal where community can continue to connect as friends with the pros. my way of bridging the MFA gap between ppl with less resources to learn fine art practices.

i already have 1-2 writers & 1-2 authors lined up for this academic year. want to pay for their travel/lodging/and a monetary gift for their time & investment in my business. also want them to gain exposure via selling their books or art out of my event space.

probably only offer this if a unique opportunity to mentor came up… want to focus my memoir energies on finishing my own book

? Personal Storytelling Coach

since this is my main passion, this will be the highest fee, as i’d rather channel my energies to my completing my own memoir, which agents are interested in. this would be low priority - not sure yet on if i’ll even publish it yet… but would charge at least 300/hour.

essentially this whole business is a way i can accomplish 3 things as a creative 1) getting & staying well post cancer, 2) giving back to my community by sharing the wealth of training & experience I’ve gained over decades, and 3) do meaningful work that is smarter not harder - far less hours for far more money- so I can essentially “fund” my own career as an author.
