ATTIRE
• Youth: Comfortable movement clothes, or leotards & tights. Ballet shoes or grippy socks preferred. Leave jewelry at home, tie hair back, and bring a water bottle. *Princess dresses are allowed but saved to slip on over regular dance clothes during our costume performance part of class.
• Adults: Comfortable athletic wear, leggings, or traditional ballet attire. Ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or grippy socks are preferred. Bring a water bottle.
Somatic Movement, Dance as Detox, & Story-Stretch: simple yoga wear. Grippy socks are best.
ARRIVAL
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the space (but no earlier than this, please & thanks).
ENTRY (eleVe home studio)
• If you don’t have V’s address, please text her directly. Please park in the driveway or along the street in front of our home. Enter through the front door (no need to knock/ring bell) & walk straight up the stairs to eleVe’s Loft Lobby where you’ll find a basket for shoes & coat rack.
PARENT & GUEST PERKS
• eleVe strives to be a premium experience for everyone! A curated, cozy space is available outside the studio in the loft lobby for parents, siblings, or guests to wait, enjoy complimentary refreshments, & browse the library or boutique (second-hand dancewear, clothing, jewelry & custom-designs from eleVe studio). Enjoy observing, or taking a break to rest or work at the desk (WiFi too!).
YOUTH CANCELLATIONS
✨ Pass Holder Perks: you receive the ability to make early cancellations up until 10am the day of. If you or your child wakes up sick or cannot make it, please cancel your spot via your booking link before 10 AM. If you can’t figure out cancellation online, texting V works, too, within the deadline.
✨5-Class Pass Holders: Your punch will be automatically returned to your account to use another week.
✨10-Class Pass Holders: Please still follow the same early cancellation policy if your child’s permanent spot isn't going to be used on a given week, so another cutie from our waitlist can sub in! Due to the strict expiration date of passes (10 weeks), unused credits cannot be refunded or carried over past their expiration date.
✨Youth Late Cancellations*** / No-Shows (After 10:00 AM on Class Day): Cancellations made after 10:00 AM or missed classes will forfeit that day's class credit. If you have to cancel late, please still do so whether using the link or texting V, so another child on the waitlist can jump in last minute.
✨Youth Drop-in Guests please note:
Drop-in guests are allowed to sign-up & pay right up to the minute of class!
All drop-in sales are final.*** If you purchase a drop-in spot and cannot make it to class, there are no refunds, credits, or transfers. This allows us to protect studio capacity and give waiting families the chance to dance.
*** Cancellation Exceptions: All dancers at any time are allowed to cancel without losing credit if you miss class due to an emergency (ER trips, family crisis, or death of family or friend). As long as you text V as soon as possible to let her know, she’ll take care of the rest (because nobody needs two forms of sad in one day)!
ADULT CANCELLATIONS

If you’re not feeling well the evening before class or just want to play it safe with your schedule, please cancel your spot via your booking link 24 hours before class starts. If you can’t figure out cancellation online, texting V works, too, within the deadline.

✨15-Class Pass Holders: Please still follow the same early cancellation policy if your reserved spot isn't going to be used on a given week, so another adult dancer from our waitlist can sub in! Due to the strict expiration date of passes (10 weeks), unused credits cannot be refunded or carried over past their expiration date.

NON-TRANSFERABLE
• To keep our semi-private dance experience calm & cohesive, all bookings are unique to your dancer. Paid tuitions and class spots belong exclusively to the registered dancer (or adult student) and cannot be transferred to another person or family.
LIABILITY
By registering, adult dancers and parents/guardians acknowledge the physical nature of dance and agree to the studio's standard liability waiver (included in booking steps).
